The Company established a checkpoint
to provide vehicle battery health inspections before the 2023 Songkran holiday at Lotus’s Sai Luat, Samutprakan, for the customers of
the supermarket. The inspections were conducted by the Company’s specialist
technicians who also provided advice and recommendations on the correct ways of
battery maintenance. The activity attracted many motorists — car users,
motorcyclists and tuk-tuk drivers — who paid a lot of attention to the activity
and jointly received the battery inspection service.

July 1-2, 2023, Yuasa Battery (Thailand) attends the booth in The B-Quik Thailand Super Series 2023 event at Bangsaen that has a
large audience and car racing teams who come from Thailand and other countries
to join in this event with the exciting racing activity and special booth games.






The CSR team of Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Bang Poo Municipality, organized an environmental conservation training on waste separation for the residents of the Khlong Hua Lamphu community. The program had 33 participants, and its objective was to raise awareness about proper waste separation before disposal, encouraging participants to dispose of their waste correctly in the designated bins.

On April 5, 2024, Yuasa Battery
(Thailand) Public Company Limited, led by Mr. Sukthae Ruengwattanachot, Chief
Operating Officer (COO), and Mr. Nattapat Pongsatirat, Assistant General
Manager (Operations), along with their team, organized a battery care activity
under the project “Safe Start, Yuasa Cares for Your Vehicle”. This marks the second years of this continuous activity. The company set up a battery check service point
before travel during the long Songkran holiday in 2024 at the Lotus Department
Store, Sai Luat Branch, Samut Prakan Province.
To provide service to the general
public, the company brought in a team of skilled technicians from the factory
to inspect batteries and offer advice on proper battery maintenance. The event
attracted a large number of car and motorcycle owners who were interested in
having their batteries checked.
On June 14, 2024, our company
organized a campaign of the Drug Prevention and Intervention Education Program
in Educational Institutions at Samutprakarn Technological College (Ch. Tech).

On July 24, 2024, our company
organized the 2nd Relaxation Massage Project to Support and Promote Careers
(for People with Disabilities) and Employee Health, in collaboration with the
Foundation for the Employment Promotion of the Blind. The main objective is to
support and enhance career opportunities for people with disabilities, as to
promote employee wellness within the organization. This project not only helps
people with disabilities to develop massage skills for future career
opportunities but also fosters understanding and acceptance of diversity in
society.

quality of life for employees. This project effectively integrates social
support and health promotion.


On Friday, March 29, 2024,
Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Anchayanin Butwong
the Human Resources Manager and the CSR project team, will organize a
pre-retirement career preparation program. The objective is to support
employees aged 50 up in preparing for retirement by offering two main
activities:
1. Using
smartphones for online marketing course 2. Managing a coffee shop for
beginners course
Both
activities had professional instructors provide guidance on the steps and methods for starting
these careers to
enable participants to apply the knowledge they have gained practically in
their career.
On Friday, April 12, 2024, Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public
Company Limited has organized a Songkran festival activities. During the event,
there was a traditional Thai dance by staff representatives, a ceremonial water
pouring on the Buddha statues, and the "Ritual of Water Pouring on the
Hands of Elders" (a gesture of respect towards senior management to seek
their blessings).
This event aims to preserve the Thai culture and traditions that have been passed down through generations. The atmosphere at the event was full of fun and warmth, as if everyone were one family.

Training 2024 in Rayong Province for Eastern distributors
on August 25, 2024, at the Novotel
Star Hotel, Rayong Province.

This training activity was led by
"Coach Yong" Worawut Srimaka, a former football player and coach of
the Thai national team. As the project's head coach, "Note" Jakkapan
Kaewprom and "Ice" Kampol Pathom-arkhakul, Thai national football
players, came to be the coaching team and inspired the youth who applied to
join the project this time. In addition, there was a car battery health check
service for parents who brought their children to join the training activities,
and a sports equipment scholarship of 5,000 baht was given to Nong Tak Ya
Tangwiriya Rat Bamrung School.

This training activity was led by
"Coach Yong" Worawut Srimaka, a former Thai national football player
and coach. Along with two Thai national football players, “Leesaw” Teeratep
Winothai and “Tee” Sintaweechai Hathairattanakool, throughout the training, the
children who participated in the project were inspired and trained in the
correct football playing skills from a team of professional national coaches.
In addition, “Yuasa Battery” also provided a Battery Health Check service to
parents who brought their children to join the activity to have their car
batteries checked free of charge. Finally, they gave a sports equipment
scholarship of 5,000 baht to Wat Khao Pho Thong School.

On Friday, July 19, 2024, YUASA Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Anchayanin Butwong (Human Resources Manager) and employee representatives, participated in the Buddhist Lent Day for the year 2024. They made offerings of candles, rain cloths, monk supplies, and light bulbs at Wat Hongthong in Samut Prakan Province.
This gesture was aimed at supporting the Buddhist community and preserving the cherished Thai traditions.





On Friday
August 9 2024 YUASA Battery (Thailand)
Public Company Limited led by Mr. Nattapat Phongsatirat (Assistant General
Manager) and Ms. Anchayanin butwong (Human Resources Manager) along with the
CSR team organized an event providing daily life essentials food and ice cream
in celebration of Mother Day. The event took place at the Waiwatthana Nivas
Foundation for the Elderly in Samut Prakan Province.
During the
event the team conducted activities such as games and singing sessions with the
elderly residents. These activities were designed to bring joy and
entertainment help alleviate physical and mental health issues and reduce the
risk of depression ensuring that the elderly could enjoy their later years with
happiness and fulfillment.
The event also featured a safety expert, Miss Minlada Nonthapattipagorn, Safety Manager, who provided lectures to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills necessary for preventing accidents and injuries that may occur in daily life and workplace environments, especially for students in the automotive engineering field, which is highly susceptible to workplace accidents
The objective of this project was to
ensure that students understand the principles of safe working practices and
enhance their knowledge of accident prevention in the workplace, as well as
improve their skills in using tools and equipment safely and correctly. This training session served as a
valuable opportunity to raise awareness about workplace safety and prepare
students to enter the labor market with confidence and safety in the future.


YUASA Battery (Thailand) Public
Company Limited has undertaken a donation project to assist
those affected by the flooding disaster. We prioritize supporting and helping
the community during times of crisis aiding in the recovery and rehabilitation
of areas impacted by the floods. The donated items were delivered through the
Ruang Kusol Foundation in Samut Prakan on Wednesday September 25 2024 led by

Yuasa Battery supports Thai youth to
win in the 2024 Asian and National Go-Kart Competitions






The seminar was honored to have Mr.
Chaiyachan Piboonpongphan, Quality Control Manager, as the speaker, who shared
his expertise on the structure, operation, maintenance, and inspection
techniques of batteries. This knowledge was intended to help students apply
what they learned to both their studies and future careers.
This initiative reflects the company commitment to promoting technical education in the automotive field and
developing essential skills for young people, who are the key driving force for
the country future progress.




On December 13 2024 Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Co Ltd. (Public)
led by executives Mr. Mr.Sukthae Ruengwattanachot Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Ms. Miss Phatcharee
Apirak Executive Manager (Operation) along with the project team of Turning Waste into Merit donated used plastic bottles to Wat Chak
Daeng Samut Prakan Province.
The company initiated the Turning Plastic into Merit donation campaign which ran for one month from November to December 2024 by collecting used plastic bottles to be made into monk robes. At the end of the campaign a total of 11 kilograms of used plastic bottles were collected from employees, which were equivalent to 44 monk robes

On December 20 2024 YUASA Battery
(Thailand) Co Ltd. led by Mr. Nattapat Phongsatirat (Assistant General Manager) along with the YUASA
Green Earth project team installed solar powered streetlights (Solar Cell) at
the entrance pillars on both the left and right sides of the Samut Prakan
Technical College (Ch. Tech). This installation aims to reduce global warming
by utilizing renewable energy as an alternative to electrical power while also
enhancing safety for commuters during nighttime.

Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public
Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of quality and standard car and
motorcycle batteries from Japan, led by Mr. Tsunenori Yoshimura, Chief

On January 15 2025 the company organized the Relaxation Massage Project to Support and Promote the Careers of People
with Disabilities and Employee Health for the third time in
collaboration with the Foundation for the Employment Promotion of the Blind.
The primary objective of this project is to support and enhance career
opportunities for people with disabilities as well as to promote the health of
employees within the organization. This project not only provides people with
disabilities the chance to develop skills in massage therapy for future career
opportunities but also fosters understanding and acceptance of diversity in
society.
Moreover relaxation massage has benefits in
reducing stress and physical fatigue promoting better health and quality of
life for employees. This project effectively integrates social support and
health promotion.

On Friday February 14 2025 Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Co. Ltd. organized a fish release activity at the Army Natural Study Center Bang Pu, in collaboration with employees of Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and faculty members and students from Samut Prakan Technical College (Ch. Tech).
The event was led by Mr. Nattapat Phongsathirat Assistant General
Manager (Operations) who gave the opening speech and emphasized the importance
of this project in conserving fish species to help maintain biodiversity in
aquatic ecosystems which positively impacts the overall ecological balance.
Fish conservation supports sustainable fisheries without depleting natural
resources ensuring that communities dependent on fishing can continue to
thrive in the long term.
This activity is a joint effort to promote environmental conservation
and foster social responsibility within the community. All parties collaborated
in releasing fish into natural water sources to restore and preserve natural

On Friday March 25 2025 Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company
Limited organized a corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity entitled
Planting 1,000 Trees at the Royal Thai Army Nature Study Center in
Bang Pu, Samut Prakan Province. The initiative was a collaboration between the
company’s employees and local volunteer groups from Samut Prakan, with the goal
of creating green spaces, restoring ecosystems, and promoting biodiversity
within the local community.

of the long Songkran holiday. The campaign aims to ensure safe and worry-free

classical dance performance by employee representatives, a Buddhist
water blessing ceremony, and the highlight of the day the traditional

On Friday, May 23, 2025, Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited organized a corporate social responsibility activity titled Check Dam Building at Khao Ito Recreational Forest in Prachinburi Province. The activity was actively participated by employee volunteers, led by Ms. Anchayanin Butwong, Human Resources Manager. The event was also supported by officials from the Department of National Parks, who provided guidance and assistance throughout the activity.

May 28, 2025, the company organized the first Relaxation Massage Program to
Support and Promote Careers for People with Disabilities, in collaboration

experiences with the project youth participants. The event took place at

The training session was filled with
determination and fun, as the youth learned proper football techniques. There
were also new friendships, filled with smiles and good memories from everyone
at the stadium. There was also a car battery health check activity for parents

personnel and khung bangkachao residents, organized a Chao Phraya riverside
cleanup at the Chalerm Phra Kiat 80th Anniversary Learning Center, Samut
Prakan, with over 25 participants joining to environmental awareness.
The activity aims to raise awareness about the environment and reduce
waste that affects the Chao Phraya River. Chalerm Phra Kiat 80th Anniversary
Park in Bang Kachao is an important area for forest conservation and a green
space in Samut Prakan.

Limited launched the “Extending Support to Soldiers and Border Communities”
initiative to support brave soldiers and border communities, following the
recent conflict and its widespread impact along the Thai-Cambodian border.
Committed to providing aid during times of crisis, the company donated
essential supplies through the Samut Prakan Charity Foundation.
On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the
initiative was led by Mr. Suktha Rueangwattanachot, Chief Operation Officer,
together with company representatives, to deliver support to those affected.

light of the current border conflict, Yuasa
Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited organized a blood
donation campaign under the theme Blood
from the Heart, Encouragement for the Border. This initiative aims to deliver care and
support to military officers and personnel stationed along the border who are
devotedly protecting the nation. The blood donation activities were held on August 6, 8, 13, 15, 21, and 29, 2025.

Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Public) led by executives Mr.Sukthae Ruengwattanachot, Chief Operating Officer (COO), along with the
project team of Turning Waste into Merit donated used plastic bottles to Wat Chak Daeng
Samut Prakan Province.
The company initiated
the Turning Plastic into Merit donation campaign, which ran for two
month, from August to September 2025, by collecting used plastic bottles to be
made into monk robes. At the end
of the campaign, a total of 87 kilograms of used plastic bottles were collected
from employees, which were equivalent to 116 monk robes.
On November 19, 2025, Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited organized a project to present knowledge on “Enhancing Workplace Safety Skills” for vocational students. The event was led by Mr.Nattapat Pongsatirat, Assistant General Manager (Operation), and Ms. Anchayanin Butwong, Human Resources Manager, along with the CSR working team.
Before the
presentation began, Mr.Nattapat Pongsatirat honored the occasion by delivering
an opening speech and presenting a token of appreciation to Dr. Surin Boonsanong,
Director of Samutprakan Technical College.

expert, Miss Minlada Nonthapattipagorn, Safety Manager,
who provided lectures to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills necessary
for preventing accidents and injuries that may occur in daily life and
workplace environments, especially for students in the automotive engineering
field, which is highly susceptible to workplace accidents
