For suitable, efficient and standard implementation of ISO9001:2015 quality system to boost the Business competitiveness and to answer the customer requirement,
Yuasa Battery (Thailand ) Public Company Limited would like to announce the following policy and regulations:

Regulations
- To comply with the law and the regulations relevant to the Company.
- To develop and implement the quality management system under the ISO9001:2015 standard effectiveness and follows a review of the term with the goal.
- Decrease defect in process.
- Decrease customer complaint product and resolve problem from customer complaints appropriately.
- Decrease the risks and opportunities of defect in process.
- To develop and improve the system continuously for mutual benefits with the customer and the suppliers.
- To support participation of the employees in activities of the Company.
