Bringing Energy and Fun to MotoGP Fans While Strengthening Yuasa Brand Identity
Yuasa Battery (Thailand) officially introduced its new brand mascots, “Yuto & Moto,” for the first time at the PT Grand Prix of Thailand 2026 held at Chang International Circuit. The mascots received strong attention from motorsport fans and visitors attending one of Thailand’s biggest MotoGP events.
During the event, Yuasa Battery joined the exciting atmosphere of MotoGP Thailand 2026 while supporting the Honda HRC Castrol racing team, featuring world-class riders including Joan Mir, the 2020 MotoGP World Champion, and Luca Marini, the talented Italian rider known for his aggressive racing style.
The PT Grand Prix of Thailand 2026, held in Buriram as the opening round of the MotoGP season, attracted more than 228,228 spectators from Thailand and around the world, highlighting the growing popularity of global motorsport events in Thailand.
Throughout the race weekend, the Yuasa booth attracted large numbers of visitors through interactive activities, photo opportunities, rider autograph sessions, and the debut appearance of “Yuto & Moto,” which added excitement and entertainment for MotoGP fans.
“Yuto” was designed as the representative character for Yuasa automotive batteries, symbolizing power, durability, and reliability for automotive users. Meanwhile, “Moto” represents Yuasa motorcycle batteries, reflecting speed, agility, energy, and the spirit of motorsports.
The launch of these two mascots marks another important milestone for Yuasa in building stronger brand awareness and connecting with younger automotive and motorcycle users while reinforcing the company’s long-standing relationship with the automotive and motorsport industries.
