Yuasa Organizes In-Depth Motorcycle
Battery Training to Improve Inspection and Service Skills for Dealers in
Eastern Thailand
Yuasa Battery Thailand organized an
“In-Depth Yuasa Motorcycle Battery Training” program, including a practical
workshop on battery inspection techniques, at Centara Life Maris Resort
Jomtien, Chonburi.
The training aimed to improve product
knowledge and service skills among dealers in Chonburi and Rayong. Participants
included motorcycle parts dealers, motorcycle repair shops, and automotive
battery dealers that also sell motorcycle batteries.
During the training, participants gained a
deeper understanding of Yuasa motorcycle batteries and learned more about
Y-Speed batteries, another battery option designed to meet the needs of today’s
motorcycle users.
The program also included a practical
workshop demonstrating the correct methods for inspecting motorcycle batteries.
Participants learned how to check battery condition, measure important values,
and identify possible causes of battery problems.
This knowledge will help dealers recommend
suitable products and provide better service to their customers. It will also
make the product claim process more accurate, faster, and more efficient.
Why Is Motorcycle Battery Knowledge
Important for Dealers?
Dealers and mechanics are often the first
people customers contact when they need advice about motorcycle batteries.
Therefore, good product knowledge and proper inspection skills are important
for building customer confidence.
With the right knowledge, dealers can help
customers choose batteries that match their motorcycles and usage needs while
providing reliable and professional service.
Yuasa believes that improving the knowledge
and skills of dealers will help raise service standards in the motorcycle
battery market. It will also strengthen customer confidence in the quality of
Yuasa motorcycle batteries and the professional support provided by Yuasa
dealers.
This activity reflects Yuasa’s commitment to working closely with its business partners, improving product knowledge, supporting sales performance, and creating a better experience for motorcycle users at every stage.
