Yuasa Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited organized the “FIT & FIRM CHALLENGE” under the concept “Fit Body, Fit Mind, for Better Health” from June to August 2026.
The activity aimed to raise employees’
awareness of the importance of taking care of both physical and mental health,
while encouraging them to continuously adopt healthier lifestyle habits. Throughout
the program, participating employees were encouraged to improve their health
through exercise and positive changes in health-related behaviors. Health
assessments were conducted before and after the program to measure
participants’ progress in various aspects of their health.
The activity was not only a competition
for prizes, but also an opportunity for employees to pay greater attention to
their own health, learn how to take better care of their bodies, and stay
motivated to make positive and sustainable lifestyle changes. Yuasa Battery
(Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to congratulate all prize winners
