Job Purpose
To develop and support human resource activities in alignment with organizational goals, including driving training initiatives and continuously enhancing employee capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor annual employee development plans and activities
- Manage internal communications and organize employee engagement activities
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support HR documentation and performance evaluation processes
- Prepare workforce reports and analyze HR-related data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee accounting and finance operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Female, aged between 35–50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting (e.g., General Accounting, Cost Accounting) or Finance
- At least 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting and cost accounting principles
- Ability to accurately and timely close financial statements
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate and prepare reports effectively
Responsibilities:
- Control, supervise, and improve production processes to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals
- Support production management, including workforce planning and manpower control to match production requirements
- Analyze production process issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Male, aged between 23–40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Industry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in production control and workforce management in a manufacturing line
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficient in using industrial measuring instruments
- Good computer skills
