General Policy

  1. 1.
    To create and collaboratively innovate technological advancements in product development and battery manufacturing, with the goal of producing world-class quality batteries at competitive costs. This is achieved by implementing tangible cost reduction measures, such as minimizing unnecessary expenses, limiting overtime work to only what is essential, and exploring cost-saving methods through product redesigns that require fewer raw materials, as well as reducing defect rates.

    In the production process, we are committed to manufacturing products with the highest quality and efficiency.

    To develop and improve the production process while increasing the output of automotive batteries, with a focus on both conventional and maintenance-free (MF) types. Additionally, to enhance the production of motorcycle batteries, with a primary emphasis on maintenance-free batteries, in order to meet market demand.

    To continuously build and expand market share by focusing on sales and marketing efforts, as well as supporting operations from other relevant functions, with the aim of achieving sustainable long-term profitability.

    To implement self-management at all levels of the organizational hierarchy by appropriately delegating authority in administration and command according to roles and responsibilities (Managerial All Levels by Decentralization), under the supervision and oversight of senior management, and strictly in accordance with the company’s policies and operational regulations.

    The company maintains strong financial measures to ensure liquidity and to avoid any debt burdens that could pose financial risks.

    To establish teams and implement coaching at both the departmental and organizational levels to prepare for role rotation and future competitive freedom. The focus is on developing knowledgeable and competent department managers and team leaders to secure the organization’s future success.
